1. Processing of your personal data

The following personal data are collected for the purposes described below:

SETTING UP A USER PROFILE

When you consent to being registered as a user of the App, the following information, which, according to their content, characteristics and composition, may constitute personal data, are collected:

-> Name
-> Contact information
-> Company/department in which you are employed

Your personal data are collected and processed in order to set you up as a user and give you access to the App.

Your personal data are collected and processed on the basis of your consent pursuant to Article 6, no. 1 (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation and Article 9, sub-section 2 (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Your personal data are stored as long as the Company has a justified objective purpose for such storage. Find out more about the above in the Company’s data protection documents.

YOUR USE OF THE APP

When you use the App, the App continuously collects the data that you enter which may, depending on their content, characteristic and composition, constitute personal data about you.

Your personal data are collected and processed on the basis of the Company’s legitimate purpose pursuant to Article 6, no. 1 (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Your personal data are stored as long as the Company has a justified objective purpose for such storage. Find out more about the above in the Company’s data protection documents.

2. Withdrawing your consent

As the Company’s processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you are entitled to withdraw consent at any time. You can do this by contacting the Company and requesting erasure.

If you opt to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the legality of processing of your personal data up to the date on which you withdrew consent.

3. Use of data processors and the disclosure of personal data

The Company use Loyalty Factory ApS, CVR-no. 32147348, Michael Drewsens Vej 20a, 8270 Højbjerg, Denmark as processor in its operations, further development and maintenance of the App and storage of personal data.

Furthermore; Company may disclose your personal data when this is required in order to perform the Company’s obligations to third parties if this follows from the Company’s legitimate interests and general administration or if it is required by a legal obligation incumbent on the Company as controller. 4. Your rights

As part of our processing of your personal data, you always have the following rights:

-> You can ask for access to and a copy of the personal data collected by the App.
-> You may at any time update or revise the contact details you entered in the App.
-> In certain circumstances, you are able to object to the Company’s processing of your personal data or request that your personal data in the App be wholly or partially erased.
-> You have the right to request that we transfer certain personal data to you or to another Data Controller in a structured, standard, machine-readable format.
-> You have the right to request not be the object of a decision based solely on automatic processing (profiling).
-> You have the right to complain to the Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way in which we process your personal data, or if you disagree with a decision on the processing of your personal data or rights made by the Company. If you are considering complaining to the Data Protection Agency, we hope that you will contact us first, so that we can discuss the matter and, hopefully, find a solution.
